Refund and Returns Policy

In order to commence work, a signature of acceptance by the Buyer is required, which will constitute a firm order between Sun Solar Pool Panels and the Buyer.

It is understood that this acceptance of the quotation, via e-mail or telephonically, is binding and cannot be cancelled unless agreed to by Sun Solar Pool Panels in writing.

Sun Solar Pool Panels reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • Payments by the Buyer are in default

  • Substantial changes in materials, systems, or prices occur

  • Conditions beyond our control make delivery impossible

Any agreed alterations requested in design, quantity or specification, and any suspension of work, will involve adjustments to the quoted price.

Prices are firm for 7 days from the written quotation date. Thereafter, they are subject to change without confirmation.

Returns Overview

  • Return period: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery

  • Return conditions: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect

  • Non-returnable items: No returns on DIY kits or used/cut fittings

  • Return shipping cost: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to repair or replace any returned item.

Product Warranties

Sun Solar Pool Panels – Single Density:

  • Header/Footer pipes: 10-year leak warranty

  • Grommets & riser pipes: 10-year leak warranty

  • Pro-rata warranty applies

  • Panels must be installed by Sun Solar Pool Panels or an accredited installer to qualify

DIY panels carry a 12-month warranty under the same conditions.

All other warranties, exclusions, and travel charges as originally outlined still apply.
Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are not transferable.

Important Notes for Compliance

  • Returns not accepted for DIY kits

  • Damage claims not accepted after 7 days

  • Product risk and insurance transfer to the client after dispatch (unless installed/delivered by our team)

  • Customers outside of Gauteng must cover travel for repairs/claims
